The Lafayette Art & Wine Festival, held each year on the third weekend in September, is the largest event in Lamorinda and one of the five biggest outdoor festivals in Contra Costa County. Over 50,000 attended in 2010, strolling among stalls of art, handmade crafts, sampling foods from top local restaurants, and enjoying quality wines and microbrews. We are a four time winner of the Diablo Magazine Best of the East Bay’s Best Festival – including winning in 2013. Festival hours are Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The Montclair Sidewalk Fine Arts and Crafts Fall Fest returns to Oakland Saturday, September 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, September 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sponsored by the Montclair Village Association, this free event showcases works from more than 70 artists and crafters who will line the streets of the Montclair Business District displaying a wide array of handcrafted works including garments, sculptures, photography, watercolor and oil paintings, jewelry, ceramics and more. All of the artists will be on hand to visit with patrons while some will be demonstrating their craft during the show.

Downtown Menlo Park plays host to the Menlo Park Sidewalk Fine Arts and Crafts Fall Fest Friday and Saturday, October 3 and 4 from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday, October 5 from 10 am to 5 pm. This art-filled family event will give visitors the opportunity to browse and shop among the many one-of-a-kind creations displayed in charming downtown Menlo Park by a variety of talented artists.

Taking place along Santa Cruz Avenue off El Camino Real, the Sidewalk Arts and Crafts Fall Fest is free to the public and features an exciting array of original works by more than 90 artists and craft makers including paintings, jewelry, photography, unique wood items, clothing, accessories, toys and much more. All of the artists will be on hand to visit with patrons while some will be demonstrating their craft during the show.

One of the Peninsula's Premier Fall Festivals, the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce's Art & Wine Faire celebrates its 24th year! The Faire covers both sides of San Carlos Avenue (between El Camino and Walnut) and down Laurel Street from San Carlos Avenue to Arroyo. The Faire is easily accessible from Caltrain and SamTrans.

A wide selection (over 275) of high quality, hand-picked artists and specialty food vendors present their beautiful work for Faire goers. There will be a treasure trove of ceramics, pottery, watercolor, oil paintings, photography, wood working and jewelry – something for everyone! Enjoy fine wines and microbrews, delicious food vendors, entertainment on three stages and the Family Fun Zone with lots of hands-on activities for the kids.

The World Pumpkin Capital of Half Moon Bay celebrates its bountiful fall harvest and autumn splendor with a special display of gigantically ginormous, heavyweight champion pumpkins, three stages of smashing entertainment, non-stop live music, the Great Pumpkin Parade, a bone-chilling Haunted House, harvest-inspired arts and crafts, homestyle foods, expert pumpkin carver Farmer Mike sculpting a monster 1,200+ pound pumpkin into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, photos with the grand champion mega-gourd, pie-eating and costume contests, pumpkin carving for fun (not a contest), "Smashing Pumpkins: Battle of the Bands", the Take 5 Lounge with giant screen TV, luscious varietals from Half Moon Bay Winery's including their festival-label Red Table Wine, Mavericks Pumpkin Harvest Ale, and tasty Pumpkin-ritas (margarita with a splash of pumpkin spice syrup).
