Customer guarantee:
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not, return your order within 14 days from shipping date to receive a refund.
Return policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. After 14 days, we will exchange the image for another of same value.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. All items must be received in good condition in order to receive a refund, unless it is being returned due to damage in shipping.
If an item is damaged in shipping please call first at 650-344-6694 before returning item. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
